Nicolás C. Vaca is the founder of the Law Office of Nicolás C. Vaca. Nicolás C. Vaca has been practicing for more than 34 years. Nicolás C. Vaca is a seasoned and tested litigator who has represented major corporations including Dow Corning, AT&T, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Bank of America and Nautilus International as well as public entities such as Contra Costa County, City of Pittsburg and City of Antioch. However, the Law Offices of Nicolás C. Vaca now specializes in consumer law with a great emphasis on debt collection defense and prosecuting violations of the TCPA, FDCPA and the FCRA.
In addition to his many years of litigating, Nicolás C. Vaca was an instructor with the prestigious National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) where he instructed lawyers on trial technique. Nicolás C. Vaca also has an AV Rating, the highest available, from Martindale Hubbell.
Nicolás C. Vaca received his A.B., M.A., and Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
